  • The item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • The product has not been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    How to Initiate a Return:
  • Contact us at contact@solsticsstones.com within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 10 days of delivery for eligible returned items.

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    Non-Refundable Items:
  • Custom or personalized jewelry.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items not returned within the 24-hour return window.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
